Athletes foot is a fungal skin disease that appears only in feet that is constantly in airless conditions such as within layers of socks, inside an airless shoe.
If you are an athlete and you already have this in your feet, having similar sores on other areas of your body that is not anaerobic (airless) will not be due to the same fungus but something else. See a dermatologist or your GP.

you probably cant reach that area to clean it
buy a back brush at a dollar store so you can clean that area

yes it is....you can get it anywhere on your body...but then its called ringworm, even though its really a fungus...
