I catch her looking at me and I see her looking my way alot (especially today), but I don't know if she likes me. I haven't the guts to talk to her because she's always around friends.

I'm assuming what you meant to ask was how do you know if she likes you. One word: communicate :) Talk to her about how you feel about her. The worst that can happen is she says she's not intrested, then you just look for someone who is better...and who can appriciate you for you!
Also, if you feel like fear in asking her is holding you back...ask yourself this: are you happy with YOURSELF? Are YOU the best person you can be? If you answered yes to those, then if it means you have to wait a long time to find the right girl...do it. It's worth in in the end ;) If you answered no, just try harder to get to know yourself and be yourself. There is a girl how there who will appriciate that ;) Hope that helps and good luck!

Dude this has happend to me twice now, though neither turned out well, there was miscommunication with one where she liked me but friends of her's told me that she didn't because they didn't think she and i would last as a couple. but anyway, they best way to do it is just sit there and talk yourself into it, what do you have to lose? she already knows. all you're doing by avoiding her is either delaying the sweet sweet salvation of her likeing you or delaying the inevitable rejection and thus forth wasting your time waiting for a no, my advice is go ahead and talk to her put all your feelings out there and hope for the best. if she says no you can go ahead and get over the rejection, it hurts for a little while but not forever. if you love you may have your heart broken but time heals all wounds my friend.

Just go up to her and if she just looks at you approaching her, turn around and walk away. This tells you that she is not nervous, indicating that she doesn't like you. If she acts all abashed and nervous, then turns around, pretending like you are not there, she is nervous, indicating that she likes you. If that doesn't work, you can just ask one of her girlfriends to ask her if she likes you.
