How to import Office Outlook 2003 pst file to Vista Mail?

i'm getting "incompatibility" message when i tried importing Office outlook 2003 to Vista Mail.

No way, you have to install Outlook in Vista to be able to import your .pst file (Outlook 2003 works in Vista).
