I moved in late April-early May of 2006. Which address do I use for my tax refund, my old address or the new one?

The new one. They will send your refund (if you get one) to the address you list.

If you moved states, you will need to file state taxes in both states as a partial year resident.

You use the address where you want mail delivered. The address on the return is where you are living when you files the return.

Use your current address on your tax return.

Please use the new address on your federal and state tax returns. To notify the Internal Revenue Service that your address has changed, mail IRS Form 8822 to the IRS.
