There is a chain called Mr. Bulky. They sell many kinds of candy by the pound. I have a great fondness for Jelly Bellys. They have M&M's in almost every color including teal (!!).

Retailers often sell candy at or near cost. You can check with a candy wholesaler, but generally your best bet is buy it right off the shelf at Sams Club

Here on the west coast, it's Winco. They sell a lot of popular candies in bulk.

I know that you can buy it in great big bags at Sam's Club or at Costco. If they sold M&M's by the barrel,I would stock up,tee hee!! Seriously,I love M&M's that much!! ;-)
