Not at all. Viva la Raza means Live the Race. There is nothing wrong with rooting for the home team.
Its when people feel so insecure about their own abilities that they give in to desperation and feel its their duty to attack or abuse anyone of a different race that they become a racist.

Eddie Guerrero, was kind of racist and dumb. He was assasinate by drug/poison dued to his loud mouth and proud of mexican "lied / cheated & steal".
rating went up among young/teen hispanish
wwe, liked it.
network love it.
hispanish gangs love it and proud of it
they used his moto to seek out and destroy other innocent life.
But there were # of secret organizations in u.s didn't liked it, they warned wwe mcman about it, he didn't care so they took him.
