I don't know but you have a medical emergency on your hands and you need to take him to the emergency vet ASAP!!! What in the hell are you waiting on! Maybe he ate some of the bad pet food being recalled.

Bring the cat to the vet to see what is wrong. It may be from the food recall.

Do you feed him wet food- he could have eaten the food that was recalled and he might be having kidney failure, and that is scary. Get him to a vet right away.

Your dog is probably poisoned. When they are piosoned, they stumble like they are drunk!!!! TAKE TO VET! He could quickly start to have organ failure from dehydration if you wait to long.
He's shaking because HE IS SCARED! He can tell you are scared too.
The following are substances that are poisonous to dogs:
1. tomatoes
2. chocolate (if eats alot)
3. Ibuprofen (Advil)
4. anti-freeze
5. small rodents that have ingested poison
6. bug spray
go-go-go-go_ save him!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK

It sounds like he is dying. You should take him to the vet and don't let him suffer anymore.
