Yes its okay! Its better that you know someone from your college because its easier and safer, if you guys are meeting on campus, for you guys to meet each other.

I have never met someone from myspace, but from a yahoo game. And I met 2 guys who lives near my area and everything was cool.

Sure it is ok as long as you know that they really do go to the same school as you. My daughter has several friends from her school that are on myspace (she is in high school). Have to be careful tho. Be on the safe side & try to find out if they really do go to your school. If they do then you might make a new friend offline.

if its just meeting them.. and they go to the same college... by all means.. meet... you may make a new friend

yes i think it's ok as long as you meet in a public place....do NOT meet anywhere where you two will be alone! this would just be asking for something bad to happen!

As long as you know the person in person as well as online, it's totally fine. That's not considered a bad online relationship.

that's how small this world is eh? Maybe this person doesnt go to the same college. lying? maybe not. make sure you know more about this person first. Be safe? hehe.

I would say that if you are truely interested in him, suggest a group date. Its much safter to have some of your friends with you.
