Protection Spells?

I use to be into Magick, but I stopped because of many reasons. Now, my friend is under a spell. I went to the house, and I know all the signs. He has been bewitched. Its a love spell and god knows what else. I need to help him but I don't know how. I don't even know where to start anymore! Help me please! I'll do pretty much anything, he is living with this crazy family now. They aren't good..its all black magicks. Help please, what do I do and how do I do it?

I know a spell when I see one, I feel it. And if you are going to tell me that I need god or something..please don't, I believe in god, don't push your beliefs on me..just PLEASE please I'm begging you, help me, help my friend.

He isn't aware of anything going on. He repeats things over and over as if a robot. But when we get him out of her house for awhile he is in a good mood. He isn't aware of anything at all. I was good and strong with magicks and I can do a spell if I have to.

I know I shouldn't do anything against his will. But because of these people he has lost his job, his health is bad, there is so much...I think I'm willing to take the chance of going against his will. Because at this moment...I don't think he is even aware of his free will anymore. What are all the tools I'd need? What should I protect myself with?

Having practised magick before in the past you would know that the fundamental rule of The Craft is that you do not act on behalf of another without their direct and conscious permission.

It is imperative to always respect another's free will and the right to choose for themselves - even if we can see them heading for what we believe is a disastrous outcome, it is their life to lead.

I would suggest that instead of looking to cast a spell - as true magickal practitioners do not use spell work for an easy fix.

I would suggest you talk to him.

As at the moment you are assessing the situation as you see it.

He may not see it the same way - and remember that someone's words can mean very little - it is their actions that count.

And it can be an easy 'out' to suggest their actions are bewitched.

Magickal practitioners take responsibility for their emotional states and their outcomes.

So reading your question - which is great you want to help. It is about being invited to help, and for the other perso to recognize they need it.

And sometimes as a friend that best thing we can do is support them through their choices, even if we do not agree with them - rather than project our own views onto them.

So remember - magick is not a band-aid. It is powerful and must be used with respect.

And it must be used with conscious permission from those involved.

It also always come from an open hearted space.

Having said all of that - I have included a link to a protection spell below - remember that if you use this without the other party's permission - you invoke the Rule Of Three - and that is not pretty (and makes you do different to those you feel "aren't good..it's all black magicks").

There arer many types of spells and many last for a long time and some for a short while. I would sugest a energy working vs. a spell. Focus on his aura. The aura can be fixed to creat and maintain a protective shell. Since this shell would run off of the energy that his body naturally radiates it will always be replenished on its own. While this is done it is important to state allowed or in your head what the shell is to allow in and what to block. Do not tell the shell to block all this leeds to total aura isolation which is unhealthy.

Charm spells can be easily broken with some ritual words (think of what you want to do, be careful of your phrasing and always end with 'so mote it be'; repeat 3 times) and a pair of scissors, symbolically cutting through the 'binding' of the spell. Be prepared for a backlash; the ONE time I did this, I had blinding headaches for several days. It's usually not necessary, though; charm spells don't last very long and most people under their influence are strong enough to break out of them on their own.

After that, burning dragon's blood on an incense charcoal and circling the house with it 3 times will both purify and protect the house.

Read James 5. There is no such thing as spells, only demons. Get rid of them. Olive oil is the oil of our people. A dab on the forehead. Remember, it's not you who does the healing, but God, and that, only because of your obedience in what He told you to do. Keep in mind, even the demons are subject to you while you have Christ living in you.

I'd need more details. Is your friend willing to take part in a ritual to break whatever he's under? What signs are you seeing? What materials do you have on hand (salt and incense are two that would be very handy in this case)? Do you feel competant to perform a reversal spell, if he is indeed under the influence of magic?

If he's not willing to have a spell performed on his behalf, then as a Wiccan I'm afraid I'd have to say there's not much you can do. Acting against someone's will is frowned upon except under the most dire of circumstances.

EDITED TO ADD: Hmmm. If you don't have his permission, the best thing you can do, in my opinion, is to ask for the intercession of the Gods. Call upon Them for protection for him and to strengthen his will.

first ask him if he realizes that it is cast. many times this simple thing will break a weaker spell.

why would his own family enspell him?

who cast it,

does he want your help?

there are many questions that need to be answered before you try to break it.
and after that many possibilities on how to do it. but again caution is required. someone jealous enough to cast a spell of that nature may seek vengence. and this must be protected against.

if you have gotten out of magic you may not want to get involved again. you may find that magic will continue to find you afterwards.

Well, it's not exactly a protection spell, but imagine him in an egg shell of very bright white light. White light is the color of protection, so it should do the trick. If not, do a chakra cleanse to increase his aura. Ciao!!!

Are you sure he isn't just infatuated? People are capable of having their own emotions, you know..

Edit/Update: It's impossible to alter the will of another person. Everything he does is within his own mindset, and is not the work of someone else.

There are no such things as spells. Get him to a therapist.
