If you really think u are ready, and u think she is ready for the kiss, then take the pludge and kiss her. She would probably be shocked at first, but then she would know you love her very much and she would be very happy....girls love it when they are happy in a relationship!

well i am a girl and i have to say that kissing in the rain is one of the most romantic things there is. i would love to have a man kiss me in the rain!!

The mushy romantic girls who have watched The Notebook too many times... to me, it doesn't matter where I get kissed, as long as it's a hot kiss... I probably would rather get kissed when it's not raining so I don't have to put up with being wet and water getting in my face.

My girlfriend loves it when we kiss in the rain. She finds it so romantic. The only reason for this is because of all the movies and shows we have seen of couples kissing in the rain.

only if its romantic
it might not seem romantic if both of you just fell in a mud puddle and are like splashing eachother to get on eachothers nerves--yeah, that doesnt really sound romantic...
but maybe, if theres a connection going on
there must always be a connection
most girls dont want a NOT-meaningful kiss
it just makes them feel lousy and weird sometimes
