I almost never see any. Your best chances are to go when it is slow, because then the table limits are lower. My best guess would be to look during the week between around 2 AM and 10 AM.

I can't vouch for Atlantic City really, but $5 tables are real tough to find anymore. At our casino (Grand Victoria) you're lucky if you can squeeze in on a $10 table. What's the big deal though with playing a $10 table or even $15. Playing $5 tables don't really give you much of a chance to win anything.

um...the sands AC went out of business last november.

might try the lower end casinos like trump marina, the wild west and claridge (inside Bally's), maybe the trop or the hilton.

table minimums are very dependent on the time of day and week. evenings and weekends always higher, mornings and weekdays lower.
