african hair is fragile...
best you can do is eat right and don't do a thing to your hair but wash it with gentle shampoos and let it dry naturally.
you may be able to accomplish it.
if not, there's wigs. (extentions are too hard on hair)

My hair is very curly too, and because of this, it seems to take ages before it grows half an inch. You can only notice how long it really is when you straighten it.
You need to be patient. There are no miracle products to speed the hair's growth, but you can go to the chemist and ask for a nail and hair supplement to help it grow healthy.
By the way, I didn't know african hair was fragile, as DR DORKFACE says. It can take powerful relaxant products that would destroy most types of hair.

i don't think of that's conceivable to make your hair improve swifter, yet you could make it improve fit. I even have long hair, and at a definite element, it starts off getting undesirable. of path, trims are mandatory to maintain your hair healthful, yet be certain which you are not trimming your hair better than it grows. you could consistently ask your stylist to in basic terms trim the main minimum quantity once you bypass in. For me, this is now and lower back merely 0.5 an inch. I additionally hardly form my hair applying a blow dryer or warmth. The extra you utilize the blow dryer and warmth which includes your hair, the extra frequently you could desire to get trims, and the slower this is going to take to your hair to enhance. I additionally wash my hair interior the early night so it has time to dry at night formerly I might desire to be everywhere. I wash my hair the different day, because of fact washing too frequently will dry hair out. For the days i don't wash my hair, I merely clip it up interior the bathe. some new issues that i'm attempting: Combing my moist hair with a %. extremely of a broom because of fact hair is extra fragile while that's moist and the comb breaks hair easier. reliable success!

That said, there are no quick fixes to obtaining long hair. If you love yourself, then work on consuming healthy nutritious foods and remember the hair care instructions above. Hair required sulphur and silica in proper balance but you have to find foods or supplements that can be utilized by the body.
I posted an answer under "African American Woman's Hair advice?" relating to proper hair care for black hair but it's reposted below for you:
Unfortunately, some black folks have forgotton how to care for their hair naturally because of the petroleum-based and other synthetic products (ex. relaxers are harsh on hair) that flood the market. For example, lemon juice or vinegar was used in the Caribbean hitherto and black soap in Africa. It's good to wash black hair once per week because black folks don't secrete much as much sebum (oil in skin). Washing it more than once per week will remove needed oil for moisture. Also, black hair is also very delicate and will break up due to dryness and texture. So black people can retain moisture by washing once per week AND by using a moisturizing shampoo with a pH balance or a pH of 7 and below. A good moisturizing shampoo with this pH for any hair type can be found at the miracle merchant. And use only coconut oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, or any natural oil for moisturizing hair when dry.
Like other hair types, black people should only use natural products that don't cause breakage or fizzing. These suggestions apply to all hair types, by the way, but the one about the dryness is generally common for black people.
Proper diet aids in healthy hair but that's another topic.
Hope this helps.

All natural product: apple cider vinegar. Will grow your hair long before you know it. My hair has grown 3 inches in one month. Take 2-3 tbls. in a glass of water 2-3 x day. Nails will benefit too. Read the apple cider vinegar cures websites for more info. My hair has not grown hardly at all in 40 years. Now I have hair like a young person. No more strays in my brush, comb or the sink.

Hi! I've tried a product called Wild Growth hair oil on my medium length hair and it works, but stanks a little. I'm in the same situation as you,so I guess I'll have to try it again cuz I stopped using it. Any beauty supple store should carry it at $7.99 a bottle which last one month. My brother also used it on his fro and it grew out more...good luck girlfriend and don't give up!
