If this is the only area that you are struggling with it is crucial that you do some spot training.
You simply may need to tone the muscles in that area.
Aerobic exercise is key for fat burning, so if you have not done so already increase your aerobic activity.
Secondly I would recommend leg lifts, squats and lunges.

Do not obsess about it if you do not get the desired results.
We all store our body fat in different places and as long as you are healthy and following a balanced exercise and diet you should be fine.
Good luck and good health.

If you are asking how to make the groin area more tighter, try kegel exercises. Hold your groin muscles in for the count of 20 and then release . Do this daily 2 times This exercise not only tightens the muscles of the vaginal walls, but tightens the urinary tract muscles as well.

I do leg lifts when you stand with a 5lb weight in each hand and lift one knee up, push down with the weights, then lift the other leg up and do the same. I do about 5 sets of 20 reps each day! Then on top of that squats, lunges and cardio are always good too.

Exercise your legs. Like any part of the body that gets fat, exercise is the best way. Good luck. If you are heavy throughout your body, you need to exercise all of it and cut back on what you eat as well as eat healthy food.
