Each has its pros and cons. Circumsized males may experience some desensitization of the head/glans of the penis due to exposure. Uncircumsized males may develop bacterial infections under the foreskin if proper care is not take to cleanse the area daily. Medically speaking, most doctors will tell you it is a personal/religious matter to be decided outside of the clinic. Sexually speaking, it doesn't make much difference, if any at all. Having (or not having) the foreskin attached neither hinders nor improves a man (or woman's) sexual experience.

circumsized is when the foreskin is cut off
uncircumsized is with the foreskin still on
