Calve raises.

These are just where you raise your heels off the ground and hold that position. [Tiptoes]. Hold it for 7-15 seconds and do atleast 10 of them. It really helps if you add weight however.

Biking is another major way. If you bike at a good constant pace for a few times a week, your calves will gain quite a lot of definition.

I bike and play football and between calve raises and biking, I have nicely defined calves and legs. Your results may vary however.

Get on a strong chair or something that will keep you from the ground and put your toes toward the edge of the surface. So that your feet are hanging off the back of it. Then go up and down on your tip toes. I know it doesn't sound hard but after 30 or so you really can start to feel the burn!

tae bo with hot yoga. u've got to try it. if you have a health center near you, its better because the instructor will push u till u drop (not drop, drop, u know what i mean) because if you do it yourself u may quit before you reach ur max strength. &that was my problem. im considered skinny, but i dont feel comfortable in bathing suits, thats why i wanted to get toned so i started tae bo WITH hot yoga. if u dont work out regularly, ur muscle will get tense from tae bo for the next couple days, but the day after your tae bo lesson, go to a hot yoga class which relaxes your muscles so you can go back to your tea bo class the next day!! good idea huh. i've been doing this for 2 weeks now and i can REALLY see the results!
