it doesnt really make sense and its not in the order you had them in but it may help you remeber if you can remember the first letters of them.

make up a short story that includes them all.
ie. A postal service worker was taking urban mass transit to get to a class for his education. There was highway construction and some foreign people involved in crime and drugs stole food stamps from a person who was getting unemployment benefits. this is when the self defence came in handy...
that's more than half of them. you do the rest.

Write down all the first letters of each word and see if you can come up with some words, thats what I would do. DFSSFSHNAUUEPDEHCC . I came up with she, fun, cup, chess, dad, f. Goodluck

List them in alphabetical order. It is easier to remember anything if it is in alphabetical order.
