It started last Feb. when I had to make a trip to Florida to see my sister who was dying of lung cancer and I don't fly. And I have this condition ever since. Is ther anything I can do to relieve this?

Since this is a new and recent issue, it sounds like this might be the result of anxiety. You stated that it developed after a trip that required you to do something you said you don't do...fly. I suggest that you first see a doctor to be sure there is not a medical reason and a dentist to be sure there isn't a dental reason for the excessive saliva. If not, then a psychological consult might be in order.

The most common causes of excessive saliva are:
psychological
dental issues
tonsil problems

Many times, the issue will resolve on its own. If by "last" February, you mean 2007, you might want to give it a few more months to see if it resolves. However, if you mean a year ago, it is time to have it investigated. Good luck!
