I am determined to get shredded, which my nutritional plan is at a peak for performance, all I am needing is the necessary tools to engage in the physical activity. Mainly, a workout.

I currently do a workout as follows

Bench
Squat
Deadlift
Powerclean
(add full body movement), etc etc.

I usually pyramid up to 5 and do 2 sets with it. I throw in working sets on days that I dont feel so strong such as 3 sets of 12-15.

After reading various articles, I want a workout that will blow the intensity off the roof. Now, I live in an apartment and use the universities gym which mainly has machines, some free weights, a track, an aerobics room, and cardio machines.

I've watched video of Mark Twight and his Gym Jones and am amazed. There is nothing around here like it. I want to grow to that level, but I feel I am thwarted thanks to my lack of equipment.

HELP!
