Do you see bed bugs in your bed? They are black little bugs that kind of look like beetles. Are the bumps all together or spread apart and are they painful? If they are or get painfull you might have shingles(an adult form of chicken pox). Shingles start out itching but then get red and painfull. Do you have cats or dogs that sleep with you? Wash all bedding in HOT water and if you can Bleach(not on colors). But I would go to a Dr. If you cannot afford one or no insurance, go to a local health clinic. They are cheap, if not free. Also, vacumn your bed(over, under, turn it over) and box springs, if you feel it might be bed bugs and spray with Lysol spray. It might be mites or maybe even an allergic reation to hair gel, conditioner, shampoo, hairspray or deodorant or soap. Change what you use for a month and see if that stops it.

If you think they're bed bug bites wash your sheets and pillow cases and get liners for the pillows and wash with a moisturizing bodywash to clean the scabs and wash away any irritants that may bother these sores. You may have a skin allergy if you're getting sores on yourself. Go to a dermotologist and have it checked out and possibly treated.

could be scabies, and there is a prescription cream that you rub on once, leave it on, rub on again 1 week later, and this clears it up. It's prescription only, and it's called permithrin cream. you also need to get a lice kit with the spray, and wash and spray all over your mattress.
