Okay Im eating and all. But like even if i eat a bunch of crap im still hungry! For example, Today i ate a burrito at school, a bunch of goldfish, 5 cookies, a butter scotch krumpet, and a bagel...theres something im missing i know it! I havent had a dinner-dinner because my parents are outa town and i dont feel like cooking. But anyways after ALL that food im STILL hungry! I DONT WANNA GET FAT! =[

your not eating the right foods
um.... try this (if u have the time)
breakfast
an egg on toast
toasted sandwich
or
fruit smoothie
lunch
salad or chicken sandwich
gold fish or a bagel
1 bit of fruit
and make sure you have a small meal for dinner even if its 2 minute noodle or a can of soup!
plus drink lots of water during the day

First, I disagree with Zach's reaction. i will eat a meal while not having stains on my clothing and so on. As on your question, I easily have a large style of recommendations and unsure the place to start up. Why do not you gals create a soup corporation and make your own. there is little obtainable that is marketed for women human beings. The on the instant instruct caters to ladies human beings fairly so, and the only little bit of time for men stuff gets fouled up attempting to be the two fairly egalitarian or feminist sympathizers... i think. Why not decide for some thing else?

That is the kinda stuff I can eat through in a few minutes and still be hungry. Just take the time to cook a easy meal. Like pasta.

keep yourself busy. I know that I eat less when I am out of the house more, or even just out of the kitchen cleaning my room, or sweeping the house. I try to stay as busy as I can during the day because I have a problem with thinking I'm hungry just because there is food to be had.

well how old are you? as a young person, you are more likely to have a higher metabolism rate than an older person. also it seem like you're eating a bunch of empty calories. by that i mean food with no real nutritional value. hope this was of some help, good luck to you.

eat real food. home-cooked meals. they give u all the vitamins and VITAMINS ARE BAD. wells not as good as real food. nd u cant get fat off NOT eating carbs. just eat raw vege and 1/2 cooked meat. its works very well safest way to lose/not gain weight

Almost everything you listed is starch. You need protein. If you don't want to cook meat, then scramble a couple of eggs. Just try it, you will feel better, really.

exactly my problem!! But here's the fact....if you are like me then it wont matter how much food you eat or what you eat you'll still stay skinny.
