i want to see results by the end of June or mid July. #3 especially. how often should i do the exercises also? thanx 4 ur help!!!

Arms- Bicep Curls, Tricep Press
Legs- Reverse lunges, hamstring curls with 5lb. weight on all fours
But- (lunges) on all fours-leg lifts

um okay my husband is in the army and i body build so here are some pretty easy exercises but these u need to go to the gym for:
For #1. do some pushups 3 sets of 20, if you can't do that many try to do at least 10 a day and then work your way up to it. also bench press, and military press. hopefully you know what a bench press is (the weight bench is flat and you're on your back with the bar and weights coming down to touch your chest and back up again) so a military press is where you put the bench at a forty five degree angle and press the bar. you can also lift hand weights. they work the arms really good.
#2. Dance! if you go to a club every night for 2 weeks and just dance, you will have nice legs. you don't have to do it every night but just go out there and dance your heart out and you'll have great lower calves. Run, I feel your pain if you hate to do it but it works. also squat weights. This works really well on not only your lower legs but your theighs. Run up and down stairs and walking also help. In line skating soccer golf, or even helping someone move their house really helps your legs and arms.
#3. okay this is my problem area. i have a big butt, but i've noticed that the way i eat effects my rear. so cut out the sweets, all sweets at first and then gradually put them back into your diet. but squating helps a lot. there are work out tapes that also do the same thing in short amounts of time. BUNS OF STEEL is one that works wonders not only on your butt but on the back of your theighs. running up stairs and basically any kind of sport helps. so get into athletics and eat in moderation and you will tone in no time.

For #3 I usually do this routine in the seventeen magazine " how to get the best butt" it works like a charm its the April issue. Hope it helps for arms I recommend push-ups they also help other parts of the body. For legs I recommend jumping Jacks and stretching
