Prom is coming up in about two months. So I really need a jump start diet that will allow me to lose weight quickly and then work from there to lose more weight. After the quick fix diet, I'm going to run everyday, body sculpting, and follow a healthy diet with plenty of water and fruits. How much weight can I expect to lose in two months? I'm not overweight, but I want to be in the best shape. So please, let me know about a quick fix diet (i.e.detox) and any other tips. Thanks :-)

Go get the book "6 weeks to a Hollywood Body" they have a great healthy way to sculpt and trim your body, and it sounds like it could fit your time frame, I lost twenty pounds with it.
