How long goes it take to get a cat4 waiver for my asvab score? Does national guard accept people with 30?

Don't wait for a waiver on your current score, you will have little to no good job choices. The largest portion of the over all ASVAB score comes from math. If you go to Barns and Nobles, you can get great ASVAB study books there that will help you, and if you improve your math ability's you will quickly improve that score. Good Luck!

Hmmm... it'll be a while. Some advice: raise that score!!! If not, you will get picked on!
We had a recruit that was an ASVAB waiver in boot camp, the motherf*cker nearly shot me and got dropped a week later.

i think minimum for acceptance for asvab is 32 or 33, you NEED to retake that AND get a higher score if you dont want to be 11 b (infantry)

trust me...the military will take anyone right now. your recruiter , if he is a good one, will find a way to get you in. take my advice, i was in the military for 7 years. 4 in the marines and 3 in the army. GO TALK TO EVERY BRANCH OF SERVICE BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING. weigh your options, this is a big decision. dont be hasty and impatient or you will do something you will regret.
