I fell of my bike yesterday and grazed up my hands pretty bad,
I wiped the area clean with alcohol and pulled out all the gravel, and then got some gauze & bandage tape and have taped up my hands, and then re-applied clean gauze and tape this morning, they hurt quiet a bit and the skin looked pruny from being taped, should I let them breathe a bit or keep them taped till they heal?? (the pressure of the tape stops the grazes hurting so much) any adivce would be much appreciated :) thanks

I think what you did was fine.
You may want to apply neosporin, it could help with the pain possibly.
Just use fresh gauze and just enough tape to hold it on, because you don't want to suffocate your skin. It needs to be able to breathe to heal.
When I was 10 I skidded down a hill on my bike and I was all scratched up and my skin was all grazed. It doesn't last very long.
