You're really talking about two different conversations: one between you and the reception, the other between you and the client.

For the first, you needn't give your name unless the client knows you personally. Technically, "can" should be "may".

The "Please come here on time" sounds quite abrupt and would offend many people.

I suggest instead: "I'm just calling to remind you that you have an appointment tomorrow at ten o'clock".

From there you will have to take it on your own.

I agree with the first poster.

Only I would always ask people if they are free to talk at the time.
So after asking if you may speak with XXX and XXX comes to the phone, then maybe the first thing you should ask (after identifying yourself of course) is something like "Is this a good time to reach you" "Are you busy now"

Hope that makes sense - good luck!

I would say:
Good morning/afternoon!
My name is xxxxx calling on behalf of xxx(the name of the company)
May I speak with Mr./Mrs. xxxx?
I'm calling to remind you of your appointment tomorrow morning/ afternoon at ( specific time.)
Thank-you for your time!
Have a good day/evening!!
