rice will make me fat and bloating. how am i going to get rid of it

Actually, contrary to what low carb diets tell you, rice is not fattening.

Otherwise, why would the countries with the leanest healthy populations eat rice as their primary staple?

If you are on a low carb diet, then your body is telling you something. Carbohydrates are the primary energy source for the brain. In addition, they are the only energy source for the red blood cells and the kidneys. Most people need about 130 to 150 grams per day to function properly. Depriving yourself of this nutrient is a form of starvation which will cause your body to cannibalize its muscle tissue (to make carbs) and will cause lack of energy and cravings for sources of the vital nutrient. It is also very hard on the kidneys.

A much healthier way to lose fat is to have 6 small but well balanced meals coupled with both weight training and cardio.

Don't deprive yourself of anything. You'll just end up giving up eating heathy altogether cause you'll be miserable. Just make yourself a SMALL amount of rice. Brown rice is best for you.

have rice cakes, they are healthy like 35 calories each
