Help! I am in my final semester in college, I am taking one of the hardest classes I have ever taken. How can I keep myself from eating crap when I'm stressed, which is all the time lately. I seem to eat the most while I'm studying. Any advice?

Maybe you can keep on hand some cut up vegetables, and or fruit.......Drink diet sodas only....and of course water.. when the craving hits, you'll grab the right food. good luck. You have to control this, don't let stress control your eating habits.

Gum. Gum also sucks all the spit u have in ur mouth. and u can actually lose weight if u chew gum a lot.
