I don't think there are women's fights in UFC, but I have seen show reports where there have been women's contests, and I beleive there may be some smaller organizations that are all women fighters.
Go on www.sherdog.com, and have a look through their database of organizations.

i don't know how to get into the UFC, but there are a couple of shows i have seen that had women fighters. EliteXC on showtime (cable) and bodogfight (ion channel on directv, i think it was channel 255) check the websites. sho.com ; elitexc.com ; bodogfight.com

There is an all female organization in japan called smack girl. Also the hook n shoot organization in the U.S. holds all girl events under the name hook n shoot revolution.
