what software do i use to put a photo on the background on a video? example url link added?

hmm i was surfing around youtube and i saw venetian princess's vid :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gXjPRkUEgAM

theres a photo in the background while her video is running, how do you do this or what software? i currently have Honestech video editor and windows movie maker

A technique known as chroma keying, or using a green screen.
You simply sit in front of a green background, much the same green as on these pages and when you bring it into a video editor you can remove that colour.
