Help! I am in my final semester in college, I am taking one of the hardest classes I have ever taken. How can I keep myself from eating crap when I'm stressed, which is all the time lately. I seem to eat the most while I'm studying. Any advice?

You should definitely set a side a time where you can just make a few bags of healthy snacks to munch on while studying. If you are up late it is most likely you will go for the junk food. So.... Instead just go for the carrots, wheat crackers, etc. that you have already set aside. Then you don't have to worry about it. It's healthy, tastes good, and you don't have to worry about all the crap you are eating!

Stock up on fruit and popcorn. They're very low in calories so you can munch all day without worrying too much about weight gain. That's how I got through college.
Gum helps, too.
