Ok,my answer maybe will be different then others here.
Judging from the height and weight --- you're not too skinny. A girl your age will be too skinny from the health point of view if your BMI is below 15. Above that, maybe you look skinny but as long as you have proper nutrition and exercise you're OK. Your's are about 16, so you have nothing too worry.
Judging from the pic, you're not skinny at all, but it's hard to determine that only by the pic of your waist area. And if i want to be honest (sorry here) I think your belly is still to big, especially if you're a runway model. That's not a model's abs, you still need too loose that bulges especially at lower abs area.
For some profession you need to be thinner than average, and what more important is not the weight, but the shape and figure. I think you used to be heavy and then lost a lot of weight rapidly without exercising properly, or you have unhealthy eating habit, by starve yourself for quite long and then eat one big portion at a time.
Your abs muscle maybe too weak and loose, you have to train them.
Again, that's just my perception, forgive me if I'm wrong, but fromyour questions you seem too concern a lot about your weight.
As with calorie intake, you should balance it with your activities. If you're quite active and have high metabolism, you can eat more without gaining weight. And what you eat is also more imortant than amount of calorie in it. For example, 2 slices of wholewheat bread is better than a slice of brownies even if both of them have the same 200 calories.

You should really weigh at least 125 pounds. For a girl your age, you may need to consume more than 1900 calories. I would try to increase your portion sizes to gain some weight.

Right now, you are a little underweight. Your BMI is 16.5 which is below the normal range of 18.5-24.9
You are just growing though, so you should naturally fill out as you get older.
Your minimum weight should be about 122 pounds.
If you eat plenty of fruit, veggies and protein, you should find an improvement over time - don't bother counting calories, but never go hungry. Eat five meals a day (small, don't try to stuff yourself).

Yes you should try to gain weight. sometimes when you are too lean you get a hard line in the face, and i see you are a model. that may interfere with your career. if you weighed another 10 to 20 pounds you would still be a healthy weight, and you might well improve your options for modeling.
ps watching the top model australia, the people who were eliminated were the girls who were underweight.

If you go according to your height and weight then yes, you are underweight. I guess you'd need to consider if you had always been that way and if others in your family are also very skinny. If not then you may want to reach the weight that you feel is healthiest for you. That's not always what the charts say, but it shouldn't be too far from what the charts say either. Looking healthy is sexy and you'll feel good too. Good Luck

Judging by height and weight alone...yes.
Judging by photo...in all honesty, as sexist as it may seem, no. But, with only your waist and belly to judge from, its hard to tell.
However, if you want to put on weight...exercise. Lift weights, walk, swim, whatever... Muscle weighs more than an equal volume of fat...muscle also increases your metabolic rate, which means you are a more efficient engine. (You'll also sleep better.)
Should you gain weight?
Let me put it this way...do YOU want to gain weight?
Anyway, what is you BMI and body fat percentage? If your BMI is within a few points of 22, you're (likely) fine, and as a female, your body fat % should be in the 22-27% range for "normal."
Anyway, hope my admitedly male opinion helped! :D
EDIT: If you can count individual ribs, yes, you need to gain weight!

You are NOT too skinny. Really great body by the way. 2000 calorie diets are normal so you are close enough.
