When I drink alcohol I usually spew.. what can I do to prevent this?

Eat dinner about an hour before you go out to drink. Importantly don't mix alcohol. Stick to what you started with. Don't drink too fast. Have an enjoyable evening socializing while having drinks.Laugh and party with friends. Then stop an hour or two before you plan to go to bed. Sometimes taking a walk to sober up before you lay down will help.

Make some good snacks to go with your good glass of wine! And, do not listen to people who tell you not to drink, not to smoke, and all this politically correct garbage! Live life to the fullest because you might die tomorrow! I live every day to it fullest because my life may end in the next week or two because of corruption in Canada!! You would think this is a wonderful country but it is not! As long as I am here, I am going to do my best to tell the entire world how people above the law have and are still invading my privacy through sick processes, such as computer hacking, and covering it up! do not make a god of yourself, like some kind or Mormon, and ban everyone from drinking things like coffee (because coffee is considered evil), and doing things that most people enjoy doing (like watching TV), and having a real glass of wine versus grape juice. And remember, even though I disagree with the bible and how it has been re-written and used to judge other people hypocritically, one verse I can quote to all these people out there who tell you not to drink and do other certain things- Christ drank real wine with sinners and hung around sinners and tax collectors, probably more than with the people who are more concerned on lecturing you about your own habits- like the Pharisees playing god with your life!

Depending on how much you drink, or how fast you drink it..you can prevent vomiting by:

1. Drink less
2. Drink at least 1 glass of water between each drink
3. Drink slower. If you drinking beer or other drinks, sip them. If you are doing shots....hmmm drink water between every 2 shots.
4. If you are eating too much or not enough food, it can also make you very nautious. So if you normall dont eat anything before you go drinking, have a meal first. If you are eating too much while your drinking...eat smaller meals or a snack while your drinking.

Ususally you will throw up if you haven't had anything solid in your stomach and just alcohol.

Try to eat something before you start drinking to prevent the alcohol from immediately getting into your blood stream.

Try not mixing drinks. have a few waters to dilute the alcohol already in your belly. And go for a little walk before lying down in bed, hopefully that will stop room moving around!!!

Sounds to me that you are drinking too fast and or you are not eating something before or during the drinking

drink slower, dont do shots...

this way you will feel the alcohol before its too late. make sure you eat first.. and follow the drinking law:

beer before liquer... never been sicker.
liquer before beer... you're in the clear.
