You have an interesting question. I think first of all we need to find an alternative fuel source for our engines, especially our cars. Something we can grow preferably. Corn oil for example. Next we need to stop burning toxic resources such as coal and switch to a cleaner energy source such as wind, and solar power. It would be hard to do this though because lets say the United States decides to use these ideas, it doesn't really mean every other country is going to choose alternative fuels and power sources. It would be a great day when we stop polluting the air with so much Carbon Dioxide but that chance of the whole world taking action on our problem is pretty slim in my opinion. It would take lots of time, hopefully people will start realizing how serious Pollution/Global Warming really is before it's too late.

My friend was telling me about something he heard on the radio this morning. Apparently, somebody has invented a pill (the size of a human fist) to give to cows to reduce its gas emissions. This is supposed to help the global warming situation because methane contributes to global warming.

Pollution and global warming are two completely different issues.

Pollution is caused by human actions and thus steps can, and should, be taken to reduce it as much as possible without destroying our way of life.

Global warming is the result of natural causes beyond our control.

It's not the huge problem some think. Look around. Nobody is dying from pollution or global warming. And nobody will die from global warming because people will move to areas where it is cooler.

Make the Chineese stop using coal with sulfur, they at least need to extract the sulfur or make it a liquid first.

They are the worlds largest polluters. You cant see across the courtyard of the hidden city the smogs so bad.

Not a lot we can do. We can do a little bit. For starters, we could be driving and riding electric-powered vehicles and ban all the chemicals that we use for personal daily care, sanitation. I think the U.S. is the biggest contributer to Global Warming. We are like the Industrial Capitalistic country of the world! Almost everything that comes from this country is hazardous to our health! Its in the food, sanitary products, house hold cleaning products, fuel, diesel, etc, etc. etc......We are really supposed to be living primitively, that's how God really wanted it to be.

Nothing we do will stop global warming, but there are ways we can slow it down. scary, huh? recycling, carpooling to work, not using gasoline-used products that much, they all help. try to do stuff by hand, i know it takes a lot longer, but every bit helps delay global warming from reaching it's peak.

I wouldn't do what the Martians are doing, since the temperatures on the Mars surface are rising as well.
