In filing the proper form to report tax fraud it asks for their social security #. Will they accept the form.

without the persons S.S. number. I would have to ask the person for their social security number.....Don't sound like a good idea to me.

Provide as much information as you can. The form will be accepted without their SSN. The more information that you can provide, the better. But obviously there are some things that you just won't know.

Name address and phone number, and any other info like place of work, but don't ask the person you are reporting.
