I would be careful you may be OK right now but stress can actually tear the lining of your stomach. Try to relax and if you are having trouble see a counselor they can help you to learn relaxation techniques.

Ulcers can become a possibility with heavy stress. It would be advisable to just take a day or two to relax. If you do not think about your problems too much and don't become overwhelmed (time management is what works for me) then the pain may gradually fade away. If you are relaxed but are still getting regular pains, there may already be issues that have developed in your stomach and you should seek medical attention.

EDIT: I forgot to mention a possibility that your stomach has begun producing excess acid. This could be triggered by stress and a very basic, low risk (it is perscription, so you contact a doctor) medecation can be taken to limit the amount of acid your stomach produces.

stress can do a varity of things to your body. including mental, physical and emotionla problems. Some can be lasting affects, some just temporary. However, excessive worrying can lead to stomach ulcers. My suggestion would be to go to a doctor and get on medication that will calm your nerves, And possibly help your stomach pain. You need to do this befroe this problem becomes serious. Best of Luck!

It could be an ulcer or irritable bowel syndrome.
Both can be triggered by stress.
