There are a few ways, your local gym might offer body composition measurements using skin fold calipers where they pinch certain parts of your body and do some calcuations and come up with your body fat %. This is probably the most common method.
There are other ways such at bio-electrical impedence (BIA) that sends electricity through your body and measure your body fat %. These can be purchased at stores but can be costly.
Best be would be go to a gym or health club and pay a couple of bucks if you really want to find out.

The answer is Weight -(Weight x percentage bodyfat/100).

An even easier way is to go to the link below then type in your weight and percentage body fat and hit "Estimate". Not only will it calculate your lean mass, it will estimate your resting metabolic rate and caloric requirements for healthy fat loss.

The first method mentioned by the previous poster is a good way to measure your percentage body fat.
