This clicking sound in my head. What is it?

Well sometimes when i run really hard and i have been for awhile (usually sprinting) i start hearing this nick-nick every time my head goes forward. It dosen't happen much but i noticed it 2 years ago and yesterday i noticed it. Ever heard of this?

I'm not certain, but i have had it before and think that it is the ligaments in your neck clicking
