Ok, my girlfriend and I have really gotten close over the past few months, and I really care about her. We talk about things like potentially dating and continuing our relationship after high school and through college and about being each other’s first. At first she was going to go to a college not to far from the one I am going to but now she got into her first pick for college and its in another state. We both are against all drugs but I am against alcohol too and she isn’t. I’m afraid that she is going to go to this college in another state and get drunk at a party and wind up doing something w/ another guy or get forced to do something. I don’t want to get hurt what should I do?

I would say that it needs to be talked about, and as soon as possible. These things can really build up and end a relationship quickly. But, I warn you, be careful how you word it too. Don't make it seem like you don't trust HER, just let her know that the thought of her going away from you makes you wanna worry about her safety, and you want her to understand that it's cuz you care, not cuz you wanna control her and what she does is ultimately her decision, but you just need her to understand your concern. If she really cares for you enough to wanna possibly experience the "first"time with you, she'll understand!

Well just try out the long distance thing and if it doesnt work then you need to tell her when need to be on a break and wait untill college is over you need to let lose in those years anyway its sopposed to be the best time of your life just tell her an talk to her about it but yeah that might be the best thing dont get your self in a bad spot

You really must not respect her much if you think that is what she will do. Do you have low self esteem and think that she does not love you enough to be faithful. If I were her, I would think twice about devoting my life to someone who thinks I will just go out and get drunk and have sex, when I have told them that I care for them.

But then again, you could be right on target, you two are young and stuff happens. Whatever happens, it's life...

enjoy the time you have now

get thru graduation

if time has shown that you will be going in different directions, mutually agree to date and see one another whenever you can but have open options - that way you know what is expected and will not be as hurt if either of you persues another

the most mature thing you can do is talk it thru and decide together now

If you love her, you got to trust her, if she wants to screw around with another guy, her mistake, just remember her conscience will haunt her for her mistakes. Also, you have to understand that she may want to have a little fun while your away, maybe you should do a little lovin before you guys leave each other

ask her how she feels about you. and tell her you know you have talked about it but honestly does she see you guys doin a long distance relationship. tell her your worries and if she cares about you as much as it sound that you care about her shell be ok. if she avoids it and doesnt want to talk about it because she thinks your thinking to far into she might not feel teh same way. not a definite though she might not want to think about being far away from you if she likes you just as much. i would def. say just be upfront but not to pushy. hope i helped sorry if i didnt

If you love and trust each other theres nothing to worry about. Alcohol and distance are no excuse to cheat.

IT'S A CHANCE THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE.

IF YOU CAN'T TRUST HER THEN YOU TWO SHOULD NOT BE TOGETHER AT ALL
