NO.
There are two very good reasons why you should not donate blood:
1. You have an infection, and there is a chance that you could pass the infection to the recipient of the blood, and in their condition that would be very bad.
2. Your blood will have the antibiotic in it, and this could be dangerous for the recipient,... either as a risk of allergy, or as a risk of drug interactions. Often people who need blood have many other drugs given to them.
Plus, for yourself, your blood is responsible for keeping you healthy, and when you are sick, you need all that you have.

Donated blood is used to save lives. Blood from a person with a bacterial infection, which is what amoxicillin treats. is likely to kill anyone sick enough to need a blood transfusion. Skip this time and give when you are well.

no although thats a great thing to do you should hold off because only the sickest people recieve blood so the slightest oddity in your blood could be fatal. Just wait till your off the medication, its a wonderful thing to donate

I don't think they let you anyway; to be sure normally they do a blood test and fill out forms in case of diseases.
