If your brother works for Ford you are eligible for the A plan.
You go to the dealer and pick out the car you want. Tell the salesman you are a 'A' plan customer. He will show you the invoice and the price will be marked on the invoice. There may be dealer add-ons like paint protection and undercoating, but that is a gimmick to get you to pay more. Don't go for that phony stuff. Tell them you don't want the extras. There are some models that are not covered under the A plan like the Ford GT and the Shelby's are hard to get but if you have a history with a dealer you might be able to pull it off. There are also other discounts available in addition to the A plan. Your brother should go to the employee web site or the AXZ plan site and check these out also. Good luck.

I've bought few cars with these types of discounts. Recently I bought a Mustang under X-Plan pricing. First, keep in mind that any Ford dealership can refuse to give you the discount for any reason they want. Usually that only happens on new vehicle releases and limited editions though. But, for every car there is a set "plan" price. In most cases you can also take advantage of any additional factory incentives such as rebates. But you will probably not be able to negotiate the dealer to any lower than the plan pricing. The dealership only makes a small amount on selling a car at "plan" price.

Depends on what he does for ford. Some times a retail discount like rebates etc are bigger then the Ford plan. There are A-B-C-D plans it depends on what plan he can buy under. The dealer can usually tell you and again depending on what your friend does for Ford he should know also which way is cheeper because he might have access to the pricing.

are you talking about d-plan?

because d-plan is stand alone, you can't even finance with ford for that price.
