I'm really forgetful. Like, in the morning before school, I'll forget where I put my I.D card, my purse, or my cell phone. And it's not always in the morning, I even recently lost my cell phone and can't find it ANYWHERE because I forgot where I put it. Are there any like, memory tests I can take online? Or is this even normal? It's mostly with objects, and me forgetting where I had put them.

It's normal for teens and youngsters to become forgetful. And in the morning rush for school, it's easy to become distracted. Try and organize! Each day, put your belongings in the same place. And put up signs in your room as reminders if necessary. A check list on your door could help. Just create a list of things you need to take with you then before you leave, make sure you go through the list. I hope you find your phone. If you lost it at home, just call the number from another cell or landline phone so you can locate yours. As far as memory tests, just do a google or msn search and I'm sure some websites will pop up. There are many great books at the library on how to improve your memory, maybe you can check them out! Good luck.

You don't need a memory test. You'd probably forget your score anyway. What you need is discipline. Every day when you come home, you put all your things (bookpack, keys, ID, cell phone, etc.) in the same place. You have to get into the habit so you will always know where your things are. Start doing it for other things, too. Soon, you will break that habit. As far as where your cell phone is, consider it gone and get a new one. And don't lose it.

Being forgetful is very normal for me, my suggestion is to buy a nice box, put all those things you normally forget where you put them straight into the box whenever you get home, that way it should become habit and you will know where everything is.

Yes, it's normal. You're probably just doing too many things at once. If you slow down maybe that will help. If you find yourself forgetting like, major things then I'd see a doctor.

if you take any drugs you should stop taking them. otherwise its just normal and you can train your memory just like any other parts of your body. look for simple memory tests on the internet, or make some up yourself. Brain Training on the Nintendo DS is really good.

Me too and i often apologise to my friends for having short term memory :=p perhaps u can work it out by making it a habit to place all the stuffs under a fixed location and that may be a good start for you. Remember nothing is too difficult if you have a willing heart :=) cheers.
