I often get extremely sleepy if I eat and then do not exercise (school) for several hours. I usually skip breakfast but then get so hungry at lunch I pass out later. I normally eat pretty healthy but I still feel like I'm gonna fall asleep.

Well, that's why it's called Break Fast. You're breaking you're fast (not eating) from the day before. Yes, of course you should eat. My doctor recommends lots of lean protein with sliced fresh fruit and no carbs. The sliced fruit gets your glucose level (sugar) level back up after fasting for a long time and the lean protein stays with you so that you aren't hungry so soon. Try something - sliced turkey with a cut up orange or apple. Banana with peanut butter. Hard boiled eggs or scrambled eggs with grapefruit. You get the idea! Be kind to yourself and start the day off right.

Eat a breakfast that is not heavy on refined carbs - like white sugar,white bread ,dough nuts etc. Eat low carb cereals or eggs and a small potion breakfast meat. The refined sugar high lasts only a short time and that's why your tired so fast. So eat GOOD carbs and protein to have lots of energy

like your mom and ur gym teacher usually say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. its get u started in the morning so u dont get that zombie feeling.
