I know this sounds like a stupid question but I know I also shouldn't wear jeans or anything. Maybe jogging pants with elastic waist that will be easy to move down a bit?

definitely gym pants/sweats..pref black because you will probably get ink on them..when i got mine done in that spot i didnt wear jeans or underwear for like 2 weeks (although i'm overly cautious with my tattoos!!!)

Jogging pants or sweats - anything that will make you comfortable and that will allow the artist to do his job without you feeling uncomfortable.

wear whatever u think will be comfortable to u. it didn't bother me to wear jeans but everyone is different, @ least dress for the weather, and see if they will cover it with some plastic wrap and a & d until u get home so whatever rubbing u have it wont bother u as much.

yeah. anything that will be comfortable and easy to move. depending where on the hip just go for comfort. i think it is so dumb when girls wear mini skirts to get tattooed, it is so impractical. i know i always want to look cute when i go get tattooed but... practicality always wins over cute. good luck!!

I'd recommend sweats. You can roll down just the one side after the tattooing is done! DEFINITELY not anything tight.

Wear your swimsuit under clothes and a pair of shorts over it...that way your comfortable if you need to show a little.

wel. . i think you must wear clothes that makes you fil com4table, coz if you do'nt you myt luk awkward.. show some skin, wear shorts so that if ur olredi finished with ur hip tattoo, it'l be emphasized, you wil look more sexy..

i got mine done & i wore some sweatpants just so that its not a hassle & just so it doesn't irritate me after i'm done w/ the tattoo
i would suggest loose fitting pants

NOT JEANS. It will rub and hurt. Go for cool laid back clothes that you will feel good and comfy in.
