Spot on face with rash developing?

Question

My 7 year old daughter started out with a pimple looking spot on her face at the beginning of the week. It appears to be getting bigger and is developing a rash underneath it on her cheek. Should I be concerned or will this go away? Is there anything I can put on this or should I take her to the doctor? She seems fine otherwise and isn't running a fever.

has she had any shots at the doctor recently that this could be a reaction....my son just turned 8 and had to have 2 new shots that are out for kids ....one was heptitis A and a chickpox booster....he did get a little rashy but it went away in a few days.........i guess just keep an eye on it.....hope it's nothing
