I don't understand??!!!?

My on again off again ex-boyfriend broke up again for the second time a month and a half ago (he ended it the first time I ended it the second time). Then he called me out of the blue about a week ago. I ignored his calls and texts. He ended up coming up to where I live and I finally agreed to see him. He told me that he missed me and wanted another chance. He said he wanted us to be together. That he was going through something weird before, but he had thought about it and that he missed talking to me and hanging out with me and that meant to him that he wanted to be with me, but he wasnt emotional. We talked (sort of), kissed, and he wanted me to go down and party with him and his friends, but I couldn't go. I think I've had enough drama and bulshit, so I don't know if I really want him back again or not, so I just told him that maybe if we took it slow I was willing to see. Its been four days since then and I haven't heard from him. I don't get it. What happened? What was this about

we've never actually slept together and he told me he'd messed around with another girl while we were apart, so I don't really think it was a booty call...

Could be that your a back-burner relationship. Simply there with the off chance it well happen. Makes sense he knew it would be awhile so he dumped you the frist time, then the second time he was proubly a bit of an asrehole so you left him. Then he thought maybe on the off chance you turn into a *** or that maybe he could turn you into a *** and since that didn't work he doesn't have any motivation to call you again. Only reason I say it this way is the lack of emotions, lack of attention to you after the fact, and a relationship history that doesn't sound like it got very deep. Leave him be, seems he thought you were a good enough person to go thru all this trouble just for a peice, sorry to say it that way, chances are he did have some love for you, but in this day and age its hard to expect more....
