Make sure you are using a clean fresh towel to dry off. If the towel is sour, that smell will transfer to your body. If you eat a lot of spices, garlic, curry etc. you may notice a different smell on your body. Sometimes bodies can react to certain soaps that are used. Try using Dial soap, the regular gold bar. Make sure your clothes are clean and do not smell sour, sour clothes can happen when they are put away wet or not dried properly or used for too long. Are your shoes smelling? Check them out too and if they are, invest in a new pair or get some Gold bond powder to sprinkle in them at night.
Use a deodorant on your underarms. If you are a female and are not feeling as fresh as you could be below the waist, check with your doctor, perhaps you have a bacterial infection that is common and can be treated with antibiotics. Likewise if you are male or female and have tried the above and it is not working, it is time for a visit to the doctor so they can help you with your situation. Good Luck!

Body odour can be influenced by the type of food you eat, hormone levels, nutrient levels, drugs and other toxins in the body. Something that I recommend to clients that often works is: take a high-quality magnesium supplement, take a chlorella supplement, increase your water intake, reduce processed foods (such as takeaway), ensure you have a good fibre intake. If you have no results after 2 - 4 weeks following these suggestions, go and see a professional for a full assessment.

Some people's sweat just smells more pungent than others. Use body spray and do not wear clothes that have been worn once (even if you just wore them for a couple of hours).

I'm sorry but that is pretty nasty....do other people notice? Well it sounds like a pretty bad problem I would suggest to go see a doctor right away and hopefully you can get some heavy soap or a medication to help with the stink....Good Luck!
