Use a resistor divider. Wire the source in series with a 45K ohm resistor and a 1K ohm resistor, then use the output as the wire between the two resistors. It should be about 5 Volts.

230divide by 5=46 divide the wire by 46 and just use 1 willer, simpel wont work for long time
