I am still waiting for my 2006 W2 Form from my employer! and it's already March 21st! But last year, I lost my W2 Form (the 2005 one), so I didn't get to file it. Now, I found the W2 form I was supposed to file last year. Can I still send it in? I was supposed to get a refund... I also know I should get a refund for the W2 form I need to file this year... but now I just have two forms and I'm just not sure how to do this... Please help.

No, you can't file a 2005 W-2 with your 2006 return. You must file your 2005 return by itself. You'll have to file a paper return for 2005. You can get the forms at the IRS website.

You can still send in your 2005 tax return and get your refund. Use the forms for 2005 and mail it in, you have two more years to do this.
If you still don't have your 2006 W-2, but you have your last pay stub, use your 2005 W-2 and your last pay stub and create a substitute W-2 for 2006 using Form 4852. Use the name, address, tax id of the employer from the old W-2 and the income and withholding from the last pay stub. You can electronically file this and get your 2006 refund.

No, each year has to be filed separately. If you didn't file at all last year, go ahead and file - you'll have to mail it in - and you'll get your refund. Be sure to use the 1040 or 1040EZ for 2005 when you file last year's return. You can download it at irs.gov, go to forms and publications, then to prior years.
For this year, you should have had the form several weeks ago. Call your employer and ask them to send you a duplicate.
