i am on parole for possession of drugs.my parole officer constantly tells me that i am no good to my family and that she will send me back to prison. i had one relaps since i came out of prison in september so i have given her reason not to trust me. on february 19, i had no ride to take my son back home to k.c.mo. so i asked a friend whom is not on probation or parole to take me. on the way back he was speeding and got pulled over. he had mariguana and he stuck it under the seat i was sitting in. police searched his truck ,found the weed and he would not admit it was his so we were both charged.the arresting officer did not think the drugs were mine but since he wouldnt tell them it was his i had to go to jail. i am looking at 7 years and when i got out of jail i went straight to my parole officer and i took the friend with me to explain to her it was his drugs. she would not even talk to him. she talks so bad to me and is recommending i be revoked and sent back to prison. NO CHANCE!

OK...you were on probation for a drug charge. More drugs were found under your car seat. what do you expect the PO to think?
Will the "owner" of the drugs be willing to admit possession in court ?They wouldn't do it on the roadside, thats why you got charged in the first place. Out on the road the person he said it wasn't his, now he's saying it is?
You asked for opinions on here. I think you need to open your eyes and get a reality check.
Good luck!
