a charming guy with a bad boy edge,is just the most lethal combination ever.
add a dash of passion towards your woman and compassion towards others.
'looks' will take a back seat if the guy is confident and speaks well.
to top it all - make sure you smell bloody good.!!

It is true that girls can have a change of heart for a not so attractive guy if he has a great personality. There are a few deal breakers though.
1. Teeth- If they look disgusting in your mouth, why would I want them near mine.
2. Hands- We don't like to touch, or be touched by dirty things.
3. Body hair- We groom, you should too.
Really outside of that it is more of a personal choice that each girl makes for herself.
If you are clean and have a good personality there is someone who will appreciate you. Each man has some physical feature that is great on him. Be it eyes or arms. You have something. Work it!

ugh. why always with the physical? alright, I'll humor you.
Strong jawlines are noticed quickly. Unique eyes. Personally, I'm a sucker for brown eyes. Feminine lips. I know it sounds funny, but most modelly or attractive guys have very big, red lips. Strong arms, that'll make a girl feel welcome any day. A sixpack is nice, but not necessary- anything else is better than a beergut. Nicely cut hair. None of that sheepdog stuff. If a guy takes care of himself, he takes care of his girl. Shaved face. Few guys can make it with peach fuzz or a full beard. I think that's about it.

I look mostly at hair,face, and I don't really like reeeealy muscular guys, but a little muscle is nice.

i love height! its one of the first things i notice when i look at men. if a guy has the right kind of eyes he has me hooked! i melt if you look at me the right way. and nice pec muscles are always a bonus! nothing like giving them a good squeeze!
